Ingredients:
- 150gr yogurt (Greek Style)
- 100gr sour cream
- 20gr finely chopped parsley
- 2-3 spoons of olive oil
- to taste: salt and pepper
- 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Note: It can be prepared ahead and kept closed in a jar with a tight lid until the expiry of the yogurt/sour cream.
